Pacific Islands Together is pleased to announce the option to rent our facility for your upcoming celebrations, meetings, and gatherings! To ensure a smooth process, kindly submit your reservation form to our team at least (6) months in advance. This lead time allows us to thoroughly review the reservation schedule and ensure that all necessary application documents are completed. Our reservations operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
For a comprehensive understanding of our reservation process, we recommend reviewing our Facility Reservation Terms and Guidelines. Upon submission of your request form, a team member will promptly respond within 72 hours to confirm the availability of your requested date. Once you receive the confirmation email, we will provide you with the facility rental form and details for submitting your security deposit to secure your desired date.
